Asheron's Call is ten years old

Online RPG Asheron's Call is celebrating its first decade.

November 2nd 1999 was the date that Asheron's Call came online. Publisher Turbine spent the anniversary yesterday celebrating within the game with online events, many including the return of signature lore characters and villians from the past ten years.

"Asheron’s Call has served as the foundation on which Turbine was built," said Craig Alexander, Vice President of Product Development of Turbine. "For a decade, AC has represented one of the industry's most consistent and well-loved franchises further demonstrating the longevity and quality of Turbine's persistent worlds."
